HRIS Analyst - St. Louis, MO

Scottrade, Inc has an opening for an HRIS Analyst in St. Louis, MO. The main purpose of this position is responsibility for providing informative and analytical reports from all HR systems that will be used to support the business units with strategic decision making. Assists with daily maintenance and support of all HR systems. Evaluates, analyzes and participates in implementation and upgrades of all HR systems. Maintains integrity and accuracy of HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Create reports from all HR systems
• Analyze data from new and existing reports
• Maintains interfaces with outside vendors
• Assists with implementation of new systems
• Assists with upgrades of existing technology
• Review current HRMS to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify and implement features that may improve efficiency
• Assists with training of new HR system users and develop training material in HRIS
• Researches and resolves system problems that yield unexpected results
• Develop documentation of current system configurations and interfaces

Experience:

• 3-5 years functional experience with HR Information Systems.
• 3-5 years experience report writing from HR systems, analyzing and interpreting data preferred.
• 3-5 years experience managing implementation and upgrade projects with HR Information systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
