Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibility for all contractor personnel in region involved in the data collection program for ground and aviation systems at all CONUS and OCONUS sites. Ensure the requirements set forth in the base SOW and resultant task orders are met; maintain adequate staffing levels at all sites; ensure the product is delivered in accordance with the SOW; respond to and eliminate problems in the field (CONUS and OCONUS sites) that impact the data collection effort; ensure all employees are properly trained and follow standard applicable rules and regulations. Contractor shall travel to each site in region on a periodic basis to review the quality of the work being performed and to ensure requirements of the contract are being met; review quality performance procedures and ensure that all employees follow applicable rules and regulations. Contractor shall manage human resources and data submission at all field locations. Additional management functions include:




  • Develop analytical solutions and program enhancements.



  • Manage all contract performance on the AMSAA Sample Data Collection in accordance with proposed processes and within the budgetary resources ensuring all quality standards in the contract are met.



  • Manage personnel adequate to accomplish defined and anticipated contractual tasks.



  • Prepare reports, charts, tables, diagrams, and briefings required to report program progress.



  • Assure that all program processes and quality requirements are realistic, recognized and met to ensure timely and complete data submission for all sites.



  • Balance assets and work levels between sites and coordinate to assist in surges and working backlogs.



  • Maintain sampled unit training schedules and report changes of leadership and maintenance supervisors to the senior management. Identify data points used for Sample Data Collection efforts.



  • Ensure mandatory training and property inventories are conducted.



  • Coordinate all external aviation and ground support requests.



  • Provide input to Army Aviation/Ground Data Collection under the SDC Contract and prepare reports, charts, tables, diagrams, and briefings needed to report program progress.



  • Coordinate for submission and posting, including quality assurance, of consolidated status report to AMSAA from all SDC/Field Exercise Data Collection (FEDC) sites.







Responsible for processing of field logistics data to include verification of part numbers/NSNs, operational tempo accuracy, and various other quality control checks. Contractor shall be responsible for assessing and coordinating systems analysis, design, and programming efforts.
Qualifications 5 years experience in military ground or aviation maintenance/supply preferable
