Job Description
Focused on analyzing business operations and reporting outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operational status and manage intervention and problem solving with project managers and operations managers.

  • Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.

  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

  • Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders are up to date and engaged in high-priority initiatives

  • Participate or lead process design, process implementation, or process improvement initiatives

  • Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects including review status of projects and budgets.

  • Assess operational issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 2 years work experience analyzing data, producing reports and communicating outcomes.

  • Experience building PowerBI reports and dashboards

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

  • Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload

  • Demonstrated analytical andproblem-solvingabilities.

  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

Preferred

  • Experience in with SQL databases

  • Understanding of GAAP regulations and standards

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

  • Experience with software programs for statistical modeling and data analysis
